Terms & Conditions

1. Required 80% deposit (1st payment) upon booking of Pre-Order items (kindly arrange your payment within 3 day from the date of Purchase Order issued).

2. Balance 20% (2nd payment) must be paid before we courier the items to you. Kindly note, the 2nd payment consist of balance 20% of Pre-Order items plus postage charge.

3. Please strictly DO NOT CANCLE after booking has been made.

4. Goods expected to be delivered to you in estimation of 3 - 4 weeks from the pre-order closing date (or depending on the shipment).

5. We are not responsible for any loss/damage of items during the delivery process.

6. Price quote are exclude postage parcel charges. We will be using Pos Laju service for delivery.

7. For parcel more than 2kg we will be using BEE service to enjoy the discount rate by POS Malaysia. BEE only applicable on delivery to Penisular Malaysia only.

8. Good sold are not returnable/exchangable.

9. 100% refund in the event of item ordered is out of stock.
